InstaGrow All Plus – Independent Distributor Declaration & Terms

I hereby solemnly declare, affirm, and agree as follows:

I have voluntarily applied to become an Independent Distributor of InstaGrow Alliance and have done so of my own free will, without any pressure, inducement, coercion, misrepresentation, or undue influence from any person.

I confirm that I have received, read, understood, and accepted the Company's Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures, Product Information, Code of Conduct, and all other applicable terms, conditions, circulars, notices, and guidelines issued by the Company from time to time.

I understand and acknowledge that I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, broker, or legal representative of the Company, and that my relationship with the Company is solely that of an independent distributor.

I understand that any income, commission, incentive, bonus, reward, or benefit that I may receive is strictly dependent upon genuine product sales, eligible business activities, and compliance with the Company's Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures, and applicable law.

I understand and acknowledge that the Company has not assured, guaranteed, promised, or represented any fixed income, salary, monthly earnings, passive income, assured return, or return on investment to me.

I understand that no income, commission, or benefit shall arise merely by registration, enrollment, or purchase of products. Any earnings may arise only from lawful, genuine, and eligible business activities and actual product sales in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable law.

I acknowledge that the purchase of products, starter kits, business packs, or any other materials does not guarantee income, business success, rank advancement, or any specific financial outcome.

I shall not make, publish, circulate, or communicate any false, misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, or unauthorized statement, representation, promise, or claim regarding the Company's products, business opportunity, compensation structure, earnings potential, or business model.

I shall not represent or imply that the Company guarantees earnings, employment, sponsorship, investment returns, or any form of assured financial benefit.

I agree to conduct my distributorship honestly, ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable central, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, notifications, tax laws, consumer protection laws, advertising laws, and the Company's Policies & Procedures.

I shall obtain and maintain all registrations, licenses, permits, declarations, tax registrations, and statutory compliances, if any, required for carrying on my distributorship and for reporting and paying all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and statutory dues arising from my business activities.

I understand that all commissions, incentives, bonuses, rewards, and other payments are subject to verification, deduction of applicable taxes, statutory withholdings, adjustments, chargebacks, reversals, compliance checks, and the Company's internal policies.

I shall maintain accurate, complete, and truthful records of all my business activities, sales, purchases, communications, and representations made by me in connection with the distributorship.

I shall not use the Company's name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted materials, product images, promotional content, or any other intellectual property without prior written authorization from the Company and only in the manner permitted by the Company.

I shall not alter, edit, misrepresent, or misuse any Company-approved literature, advertisements, brochures, videos, presentations, testimonials, or digital content.

I shall not make any medical, therapeutic, curative, diagnostic, or health-related claims about the Company's products unless such claims are expressly authorized by the Company and permitted by applicable law.

I shall not engage in any unlawful, unethical, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or anti-competitive conduct in connection with my distributorship or dealings with customers, prospects, or other distributors.

I shall respect customer privacy, protect personal data, and maintain the confidentiality of the Company's business information, customer information, distributor information, pricing information, trade secrets, and network information, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the Company.

I understand and agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue its Products, Business Plan, Compensation Plan, Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, pricing, promotional schemes, or operational processes, and I agree to be bound by such changes upon publication or communication by the Company.

I confirm that all information, declarations, documents, identity proofs, address proofs, bank details, tax details, and other particulars submitted by me are true, correct, complete, and not misleading in any manner.

I authorize the Company to verify, validate, and authenticate any information or document submitted by me and to seek additional information or clarification whenever required for compliance, audit, legal, or operational purposes.

I understand that if any information submitted by me is found to be false, forged, incomplete, misleading, or suppressed, the Company may, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, suspend or withhold payments, cancel benefits, terminate my distributorship, and/or take appropriate legal action.

I understand that the Company reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate my distributorship, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for violation of Company policies, breach of this declaration, non-compliance with law, misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or any act deemed detrimental to the Company, its customers, or its network.

I shall not assign, transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise deal with my distributorship, distributor ID, rights, or benefits except as expressly permitted in writing by the Company and in accordance with applicable law and Company policy.

I understand that any termination, suspension, or discontinuation of my distributorship shall not relieve me of obligations incurred prior to such action, including confidentiality, tax, indemnity, compliance, and any other surviving obligations.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns from and against any loss, claim, demand, liability, damage, penalty, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to my acts, omissions, misrepresentations, unlawful conduct, breach of this declaration, or violation of applicable law.

I consent to the Company contacting me through mobile, email, SMS, messaging applications, postal communication, or any other lawful mode for business, compliance, verification, training, notices, and operational purposes.

I understand that the Company may record, store, process, and use my personal information and business-related information for lawful business, compliance, audit, verification, and administrative purposes in accordance with applicable law and the Company's privacy practices.

I confirm that I am legally competent to enter into this declaration, that I am of lawful age, and that I am not disqualified or prohibited by any law, order, contract, or authority from becoming or acting as an Independent Distributor.

I acknowledge that this declaration is made voluntarily, with full understanding of its contents, implications, and legal effect, and that I shall be bound by the same.

Declaration

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all the above Terms & Conditions, declarations, acknowledgements, and obligations. I confirm that I am joining InstaGrow Alliance as an Independent Distributor of my own free will and that I shall strictly abide by the Company's Policies & Procedures, Business Plan, Compensation Plan, and all applicable laws and regulations.

I further declare that I shall not make any false income claims, misleading representations, or unauthorized statements on behalf of the Company, and that I shall conduct my distributorship in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times.
